My mornings are a ritual – yoga, then a strong cup of coffee and quiet time in the garden pondering the mysteries of life. This morning I was pondering specifically the mystery of what I can call my religion – Coffee and Cannabis.

With so much focus in the Cannabis and Hemp industry on cultivation, and now various extraction processes, one has to marvel at the Vast array of avenues being formed with regards to creativity and revenue streams derived from what once termed a weed.

2021 has been particularly baked, thankfully less so than that of 2020. Instagram feeds with overwhelming amounts of photos of breads, cookies, pies and other comfort foods in our attempts to manage Covid-related stress and remain occupied while trying out a new recipe.

Go on then… Make yourself a cup of coffee before you read this. What a wonderful time to be alive. It is the time of the year that brings hope and life. The Largest Man-Made forest in the world is green again. With flowers everywhere, it does make the experience that is life a little better, don’t you think?

I have always felt a passion for consciousness. Sharing it, expressing it, expanding it, and creating it. We all know that we are here to do something more than just live, especially the medicine people, which is us. We are here to create and to renew.

The growth seen in world markets, seems to be very much proportional to the awareness of the growing consumer pool, and this seems to be to be consistent with what we are seeing in the South African market.
